3/1 Friday
- 5:00 pm Registration
- All Singles events start at 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm
3/2 Saturday
- 9:00 am Registration
- All events start at 9:30 am – 7:00 pm
- There will be twenty 20-inch pizzas from Gumby’s Pizza served on Saturday. First come first serve!
3/3 Sunday
- Event starts at 9:00 am and continue until 5:00 pm

First Event: $30
All Subsequent Events: $25
Open Collegiate Events: $25
- If TournamentSoftware charges you $30, $5 will be reimbursed when you arrive at the event.
Early Bird Registration! Sign up before February 9th, 2024 to get a $5 tournament shirt with your first event.
- Each player is allowed to claim one $5 tournament shirt! Each additional shirt will be $10.

The event will be located on the 2nd floor of the gym. Click on the pins in the map for more details.

Parking labelled “C” is free on Friday after 5 pm and on the weekends (check the map for more details)
Most parking can be found by Talley or in the Coliseum Parking Deck

Players are allowed to enter up to 4 events
For Singles Events: Players can register for only one level.
For Doubles Events: Players can register for different levels of the same event with different partners. Players cannot register for different levels with the same partner.
Players can register at the A/B/C/Collegiate-level in one type of event (e.g. Men’s Singles) while registering at a different level for a different event (e.g. Men’s Doubles or Mixed Doubles).
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to combine or cancel events as needed due to number of registrants.

T-shirt Sizing Chart

Tournament grade shuttles will be used throughout the tournament.
All matches will be the best of three games to Badminton World Federation (BWF) 21 points with rally-point scoring system (both main and consolation draws).
Consolation draws will be held for each event except those played as round robins or pools because of entry size.
A player not ready to play 10 (ten) minutes after his/her match is called may be defaulted.
Each Player in a doubles partnership must submit separate entry forms.
Acceptable badminton clothing must be worn during play.
To ensure competitiveness the tournament committee will ensure that participants of B-Events and C-Events are of the appropriate skill level.
Entry fees will not be eligible for refund unless the tournament committee is notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of play and only in case of illness, injury or other significant circumstance as approved by the committee.
The tournament committee reserves the right to change any of the above conditions.
