- Open to players with < 3 years of experience or no competitive experience
- 11 point handicap will be given to female player(s)

3/23 Sunday
- Event starts at 9:00 am and continue until 7:00 pm

First Event: $30
All Subsequent Events: $25
Open Beginner Events: $20
- If TournamentSoftware charges you $30, $10 will be reimbursed when you arrive at the event.
Early Bird Registration! Sign up before March 2nd, 2025 to get a $10 tournament shirt with your first event.
- Each player is allowed to claim one $10 tournament shirt! Each additional shirt will be $15.

Parking labelled “C” is free on Friday after 5 pm and on the weekends (check the map for more details)
Most parking can be found by Talley or in the Coliseum Parking Deck

Players are allowed to enter up to 3 events
For Singles Events: Players can register for only one level.
For Doubles Events: Players can register for different levels of the same event with different partners, but his/her partner cannot also be playing in the higher level with a different teammate.
- For example, if Players A and B register for Open A together and Players C and D register for Open A together, Players A and C cannot register for Open B together.
- Players cannot register for the A-level and C-level, the B-level and D-level, or the A-level and D-level, of the same event.
Players can register at the A/B/C/D-level in one type of event (e.g. Men’s Singles) while registering at a different level for a different event (e.g. Men’s Doubles or Mixed Doubles).
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to combine or cancel events as needed due to number of registrants.

T-shirt Sizing Chart

Tournament grade shuttles will be used throughout the tournament.
All matches will be the best of three games to Badminton World Federation (BWF) 21 points with rally-point scoring system (both main and consolation draws).
Consolation draws will be held for each event except those played as round robins or pools because of entry size.
A player not ready to play 10 (ten) minutes after his/her match is called may be defaulted.
Each Player in a doubles partnership must submit separate entry forms.
Acceptable badminton clothing must be worn during play.
The median located on the courts will be lifted up.
To ensure competitiveness the tournament committee will ensure that participants of B-Events, C-Events, and D-Events are of the appropriate skill level.
Entry fees will not be eligible for refund unless the tournament committee is notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of play and only in case of illness, injury or other significant circumstance as approved by the committee.
The tournament committee reserves the right to change any of the above conditions.
