The NC State Boxing Club was created to provide instruction with regards to self defense, strength, and conditioning using orthodox boxing techniques and etiquette. Members develop an understanding of the main fundamentals of boxing, and secure a full-body workout that will help them build lean muscle, cut body fat, and improve overall fitness. Elite members intensively train with the hopes of competing in collegiate amateur boxing matches.

Staffed by experienced coaches and student officers, members gain valuable experience to grow into disciplined leaders that strongly represent the NC State community. Our hope is to recast the narrative surrounding boxing by using the sport as a pathway to educational and life success.
