class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>What is Roundabout Magazine?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Roundabout is a general interest magazine that focuses on student life and culture. We publish three times a year: for fall, spring and new student orientation. You can see examples of our previous issues <a href=\"https:\/\/orgs.ncsu.edu\/roundabout\/archive\/\">here<\/a>. If you are a Freshman, you have likely received our orientation issue in the mail!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roundabout was founded in 2017 as a subset of the Technician, but since then we\u2019ve become an independent publication. Our primary mission is to cover student life in an entertaining way, and give more creative space to student journalists. When not in the Roundabout office, Layney can be found at the Gregg Museum of Art and Design, or writing an essay in the D.H. Hill bookstacks.
