Join us in the North and South Commons to learn about everything the CVM clubs have to offer. Remember to pay your SAVMA dues by August 22, 2025 to be able to sign up for clubs! Check out the &#8220;Club&#8221; section to learn about each club description and opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><strong>Halloween Party<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Every fall, SAVMA hosts a hauntingly fun Halloween Party complete with dancing, music, costumes, and fun! All veterinary students in good standing are welcome to purchase a ticket which entitles you to event entry and two ticketed drinks per ticket purchased.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned for Fall 2025!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Spring Formal<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Also called &#8220;Vet Prom&#8221;, the SAVMA Spring Veterinary Formal is a formal party put on every spring semester for veterinary students, significant others, and faculty.<\/p>\n<p>Pawsino Royale &#8211; Formal 2025!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When:\u00a0<b>Saturday, March 1 2025 8pm-11pm<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Where:\u00a0<b>NC State University Club<\/b>, 4200 Hillsborough St, Raleigh NC 27606<\/li>\n<li>Attire:\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Formal<\/span>\u00a0or Themed attire<\/li>\n<li>How:\u00a0<b>$30 tickets\/person<\/b>\u00a0&#8211; purchase your ticket(s) this week<\/li>\n<li>What&#8217;s included? Entry to\u00a0<span class=\"il\">formal<\/span>, 2 drink tickets, hors d&#8217;oeuvres, access to chips for tabled games (Roulette, Craps, Black Jack and Poker) for a chance to win raffle prizes\/baskets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Email ticket purchases require a direct email to the\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:savma_social@ncsu.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SAVMA social chairs<\/a>\u00a0with a\u00a0<span class=\"il\">formal<\/span>\u00a0request with the\u00a0<b>subject line &#8220;Ticket Purchase Request&#8221;<\/b> detailing how many tickets you are wanting to purchase (1 or 2 w\/plus one). You can pay via an emailed link and fill out the google form even if you are unable to find us in North Commons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Could not sign up in time but interested in participating?
