Please note that students may still attend lunch meetings for content, but are not allowed to sign up for food.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> If a student is <\/span><b>caught taking food from a lunch meeting without attending <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">said meeting the student <\/span><b>does not get a warning. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The student will be <\/span><b>banned from signing up for lunch meetings for the remainder of the semester<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Please note that students may still attend lunch meetings for content, but are not allowed to sign up for food. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Students will be allowed to refute these consequences by either talking to their SAVMA class rep, coming to the SAVMA board meeting, or speaking with the SAVMA Executive Board.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In regards to <\/span><b>reporting students <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">who may have taken food and did not attend the meeting or left the meeting early without consent of the Club President, <\/span><b>anyone has the right to report these findings to the Club President<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The Club President will then report these findings to the SAVMA Secretary-elect.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Clarification: If you have an excused absence, it is your responsibility to let the club president of the lunch meeting know along with proof of approval from the School which will then be communicated to the Secretary-elect by the Club President.
