While the specific role and function of the Office of the Treasury has varied between sessions and treasurers, the Office generally supports the Student Body Treasurer with ensuring sound fiscal policies and fiscal planning for all Student Government Bodies and Officials, while also promoting the same for all external bodies supported by student fees.  Additionally, the Office ensures the proper documentation and recording of expenditures from the Student Body Budget.  The Student Body Treasurer appoints Treasury Officials as staff members of the Office.
