Acromantula Cup 10/21

This weekend, the team participated in it’s first USQ tournament ever. The event marked a historical moment for the Club Quidditch team at NC State, and we could not be more proud of how each of our players performed.  Taking place in Richmond, Virginia, the Acromantula Cup was hosted by the University of Richmond.  It was an early morning for the team, with cars leaving around 5:00 am to make it to the tournament.  Despite the general lack of sleep, everyone put forth their best effort and remained positive throughout the day! The first game of the day was a loss, but as the tournament progressed the team continued to improve and perform better and better.  Today’s tournament was a learning experience for everyone, and in the end we came out stronger than we were before.
