Yesterday, October 12th, was our first tournament for 2018-2019 season! The team left Friday night for Blacksburg, Virginia. Hosted by Virginia Tech, this was Club Quidditch’s second year at the Blacksburg Brawl. Although the first three games did not end in our favor, the team gave it their all and we are so proud of each of players. Gabe Chenevert, our newest seeker, had his first snitch catch in the game against JMU! It was a chilly day in Virginia, but no matter what our players kept a positive attitude and tried their hardest.
The team ended the day well with our first victory of the 2018-2019 season! This tournament was the first tournament ever for many of our players, and each of them did a fantastic job. Keep an eye out for footage of the games on our social media and YouTube!
