Administrative Documents

The Inter-Residence Council Administrative Documents include our Constitution, By-Laws, and Templates for Legislation which is heard and voted on by the IRC General Assembly. Below is each document’s description and link.

Resolution Legislation Template Resolutions can be made solidifying the stance of IRC on a Current Issue. Resolutions can address decisions made by University Housing, University Administration, Student Government, UAB, Student Organizations, Local/State/Federal Government, etc. go.ncsu.edu/irc-resolution
Internal Action Bill Template Internal Action Bills can force Executive Board (or an Executive Board member’s) action on a specific key topic/issue, start the Impeachment Process, or be used by the IRC President to fill an Executive Board role by appointment. go.ncsu.edu/irc-internalaction
Housing Policy Recommendation Template Housing Policy Recommendations can be made to recommend a change to a University Housing Policy that is stated in the Community Standards or Housing Agreement and Policies documentation.
