Individuals – How to Apply

1. 1. Complete the google form for the correct SAVMA Professional Development Grant application cycle by the due date.

Received a SAVMA Grant? (optional)

Fill out the post-experience form to submit required documentation and to help other students learn about externship opportunities. This form is due 1 month after the last day of your experience. 

Individuals – Policy Changes & Notes

• There is now only one application for Proactive Applicants. Please be sure to fill out the application in its entirety.
• Grants are awarded based on class year with priority given to applicants with the highest number of SAVMA points.
• Students are allowed to receive a maximum of 2 PDG grants during their time at NCSU.
• Any applications that are incomplete, do not meet the application requirements, or are submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.
