Volunteer! Raleigh Div. B Invitational!

Eager to help Middle Schoolers find their passion for STEM? Well this is your perfect opportunity to do just that, at NC State! That’s right, no commuting required because the 2026 Raleigh Div. B Invitational is happening RIGHT HERE on campus at NC State! We need roughly 200 volunteers to make this event possible so we need your help! Get your volunteer hours, make new connections, and have fun! There are multiple different volunteering positions to choose from so we are sure you’ll be able to find something that you’d love to do!

Leadership Opportunities:

Be the Architect of the Challenge – Test Writing

You create the official tests used in competitions across the state.
Choose events you know and love.
You can work in teams or alone to write, review, and edit.
No experience needed! We provide templates, resources, and guidance!
This is our most critical need and the easiest way to get involved. If you ever took a test and thought, ‘I could write a better question than that,’ now is your chance. We have a structured process and a support system to help you succeed, even if you’ve never written a test before.

Interested in Leadership? → Event Leader

Oversee the entire process for one or more events.
Serve as the Event Supervisor on tournament day.
Manage a team of general volunteers and ensure quality.
A fantastic opportunity to develop management skills.
This is one of the best steps to take if you want to eventually become a board member of the organization! Event leaders are more likely to be selected for leadership roles due to developing the necessary skills and experience!
