All registered student organizations are provided with a basic web presence through Get Involved. This automatically generated profile should meet the needs of many student organizations. The platform allows student organizations to manage their roster, post events, highlight members and accomplishments, and share photos.
However, if a traditional website is still needed, registered student organizations can establish a site within this service. These WordPress sites offer the ease of standardized content management along with helpful features such as protected content, calendar integration, forms, social media follow/share buttons/icons, and more. There is no cost associated with this service.
To request a site, student organizations must complete the Technology Services Form on Get Involved and be approved by Student Leadership and Engagement. Access can be shared as needed with other students, and adjusted accordingly as students transition in and out of the organization. Please allow up to 20 business days for your site to be created.
