The annual Student Government Budget is submitted by the Student Body Treasurer as a budget bill to the Student Senate by the second Sunday in February. The submitted budget goes to the Student Senate Committee on Finance for review and consideration. After this, the budget bill is heard for Second Reading at the Senate for final questions, debate, and voting.

FY 2022 – 2023 Budget Act

Student Body Treasurer Harrison Andrews submitted the Fiscal Year 2022 – 2023 budget for First Reading on Sunday, February 13th.

The bill had First Reading at the February 17th Student Senate meeting and was sent to the Student Senate Committee on Finance.

Budget Town Halls

Per Student Body Statutes, Student Government will host two (2) town hall sessions regarding the proposed Student Government Budget.

Finance Committee Review

The Student Senate Committee on Finance is scheduled to review BB 88 at their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 23rd at 7:30 PM ET in Talley 4251.

Second Reading

BB 88 is scheduled to be heard for Second Reading at the Student Senate meeting on Wednesday, March 2nd at 7:30 PM ET in the Governance Chambers. Read the second reading version here.
