A PACKed Kitchen is looking for volunteers to participate in a knife skills evaluation to study how we teach knife skills in NTR 420! If you volunteer to participate, you will commit to two 60-90 minute sessions, approximately 2-3 weeks apart. During each session, you will participate in an assessment of your knife skills, which will be video recorded. You will also share your perspectives in an individual interview, which will be audio recorded. You will be asked to practice at home between sessions. After the completion of both sessions, you will receive a $10 Target gift card. Your opinion is very important to us, so we hope you will consider participating.
