April 12, 2017 / 6:00-7:30 PM / Withers 232A

Good sexual and reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being in all matters relating to the reproductive system. It implies that people are able to have a satisfying and safe sex life, the capability to reproduce, and the freedom to decide if, when, and how often to do so. Panelists will discuss how numerous organizations work toward the goal of universal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights, including family planning.

Panelists:
Lisa Shannon, Author and Human Rights Activist
Sarah Hogg, Advocacy and Organizing Manager for NARAL Pro-Choice North Carolina
Jina Dhillon, Policy and Advocacy Manager for IPAS North Carolina

This event is part of the Global Issues Seminar series, organized by International Affairs. It is free and open to the public
