“It is not about me honestly, I am part of it, but it is about our directors, it’s about Student Government collectively and the legacy we are leaving. It is cool because we are writing our legacy when we are in the moment, so it is kind of hard to think about the simple things when you are in that experience but after it’s over that’s when you learn what it’s all about. Hopefully our legacy collectively this year is changing narratives about how students interact with our administration, what this university takes seriously, and where our institutional values are; and it hasn’t been easy. It’s been a struggle, but we don’t grow when we are comfortable. Putting people in positions to grow has been a theme this year and hopefully we will see it next year.” [bg_faq_end]
