The Muslim Students’ Association, in partnership with the Women’s Center, are co-sponsoring a screening of the 2011 film, “The Light in Her Eyes” on March 29th 2017 at 6:00pm in the Women’s Center on the 4th floor of Talley. This event is part of the Women’s Center’s “Intersections Film Series” which explores intersecting identities, with a focus on gender related social justice issues, through a variety of highly praised and thought provoking films. There will be a short discussion after the film, facilitated by Samah Choudhury, an Islamic Studies Ph.D student at Duke. Also, there will be free popcorn! You can’t see this film anywhere else!
