Select Committee on Onboarding

The mission of the Committee on Onboarding is to complete the ‘Student Government Senate Onboarding & Resources’ Moodle for use by future sessions of NC State Student Government by the open of the first Senate meeting of the 104th Session. A basic guide for future managers of the onboarding process should be created, along with recommended guidelines for how often the Moodle course should be fully re-evaluated for updates.

Additionally, the committee should work in Collaboration with Student Senate President McGuinness in Youtube Onboarding videos for the reminder of the 103rd Session of Student Government, and work to extend the google drive capabilities and user interface for accessibility, specifically for agendas, minutes, and recordings.
