Emergency Town Halls
Student Government is equipped with the resources to host emergency town halls in the event of a serious student-related incident.
The purpose of this initiative is to create open dialogue between students, faculty, and staff regarding an array of topics. The Town Halls are an ongoing series of discussions that will take place once a month, each one focusing on a different issue.
Each discussion will have a faculty speaker who is familiar with the issue, and aware of action being taken to combat student concerns. An array of faculty, staff, and students will be present to create productive dialogue and ultimately generate solutions. This initiative serves to inform students about ongoing strategies to enhance their experience at NC State, as well as creating new ones.
Town Halls are logistically coordinated by SG University Affairs.
