Division of Treasury Relations

The Division of Treasury Relations positively promotes the public image of the Treasury Branch and of the Student Government Appropriations process. Additionally, the Division assists with the marketing of Student Government Appropriations, the coordination of the Student Body Budget Town Halls, and any Treasury Branch Outreach activity. The Student Body Treasurer appoints the Assistant Treasurer for Public Relations who leads the Division.

Open Treasury

As part of Student Government’s commitment to financial transparency, the Treasury Branch, under the direction of Student Body Treasurer Harrison Andrews, has developed SG Open Treasury, our financial and budgetary transparency website that provides information about Student Government budgeting and spending. Student Government, as a unit of NC State, is required, by North Carolina law, to make financial documents publicly available. Anyone can view our expenditures, revenues, and financial policies, and are able to view receipts and download data.
