Supplier Database

Search the Supplier Database to see if your student organization is currently a connected supplier for NC State. As required by NC State, all student organizations must be a connected supplier in order to receive funding from Student Government.

If your organization is on this list and has a status of “Connected”, your organization is an approved supplier and able to receive funding from Student Government.

If your organization is not on this list or has a status of “Not Yet Connected”, you will need to complete the supplier registration through PaymentWorks.

Database Definitions

Connected	This organization is an approved supplier for NC State and has an active account on PaymentWorks. This organization is able to receive funding from Student Government.
Not Yet Connected	This organization is not an approved supplier and will need to register through the PaymentWorks system to become an approved supplier for NC State.

How do I change my organization’s Supplier Name?

When applying for funding from Student Government, the organization name you use on your funding application must match your organization’s name in the Supplier Database. If your organization is a connected supplier, you can change your organization’s supplier name through PaymentWorks.
