Division of Fiscal Services

The Division of Fiscal Services supports the Student Body Treasurer with ensuring sound fiscal policies and fiscal planning for all Student Government Bodies and Officials, while also promoting the same for all external bodies supported by student fees.  Additionally, the Division ensures the proper documentation and recording of expenditures from the Student Body Budget.  The Student Body Treasurer appoints the Assistant Treasurer for Fiscal Services who leads the Division.

Open Treasury

As part of Student Government’s commitment to financial transparency, the Treasury Branch, under the direction of Student Body Treasurer Harrison Andrews, has developed SG Open Treasury, our financial and budgetary transparency website that provides information about Student Government budgeting and spending.

Financial Literacy

A partnership with the Division of Academic and Student Affairs and Enrollment Management and Services to enhance the financial literacy programs and events at NC State.
