Each Spring, we elect campuswide Student Body Officers — the Student Body President & Vice President, Student Senate President, Student Body Treasurer — and Senators representing each college. Expense Reports & Violation Hearings

Expense Reports

All candidates must file weekly expense reports and a final report at the close of polls. Reports must include receipts, donations, and reused materials. As public records, they ensure transparency and keep all campaigns accountable to spending limits and election rules.

Violation Hearings

If a campaign rule is broken, the Board of Elections may schedule a violation hearing. Both the petitioner and the candidate can present their case. Outcomes range from dismissal to warnings, or in severe cases, disqualification, ensuring accountability and fairness.
