Student organizations are required to submit receipts and return unspent funds back to Student Government. Additionally, organizations who were approved for a reimbursement are required to submit receipts before they can receive their reimbursement.

Student organizations who receive Senate Finance Committee Grants are required to submit receipts and return unspent funds back to Student Government by certain deadlines. These deadlines are communicated to student organization representatives when funding is approved and when checks are distributed.

If your organization was approved to receive a reimbursement for your Finance Committee Grant, submit those receipts using this special form. Receipts must be submitted before a reimbursement is given.

How do I return unspent funds?

Student organizations must return unspent funds when they do not spend all of their funding or if there is an issue with their receipts. When returning funds, there are three important steps to follow.
