Submit Receipts & Return Unspent Funds
Student organizations are required to submit receipts and return unspent funds back to Student Government. Additionally, organizations who were approved for a reimbursement are required to submit receipts before they can receive their reimbursement.
Student organizations who receive Senate Finance Committee Grants are required to submit receipts and return unspent funds back to Student Government by certain deadlines. These deadlines are communicated to student organization representatives when funding is approved and when checks are distributed.

Your student organization might have received funding from the Student Senate Finance Committee in the past. Funding for each organization is approved via a Finance Bill in the Student Senate.
