About the Justice Department

The Justice Department deals with all matters of Student Government concerning interpretation of the Student Body Constitution and Statutes. The department ensures all actions taken by Student Government remain in line with our governing documents and core principles.

Led by the Chief Justice, the department consists of several associate members who assist in the adjudication of Justice Cases, which may be filed by any member of the Student Body or Student Government seeking constitutional interpretation, redress of grievances, or review of internal actions and procedures.
