This section connects you to NC State’s diverse community centers, which foster a sense of belonging through intentional programming, advocacy, and student success services. Whether you are seeking leadership opportunities, cultural engagement, or affirming support, these spaces are open to all students to help them thrive.

  • Military and Veteran Services | veterans.ncsu.edu
    • Military and Veteran Services coordinates a campus-wide effort to ensure that our military-connected students are able to successfully access important campus and community resources and support with ease. 
  • Women’s Center | womenscenter.dasa.ncsu.edu/
    • The NC State Women’s Center is housed under the Division of Academic and Student Affairs. Their work fosters a sense of community and belonging through intentional programming and services focused on supporting student success and retention. The Women’s Center is open to all students – regardless of gender identity – to help them expand their knowledge base, enhance their leadership skills, and explore opportunities for personal and professional growth and well-being, including receiving the affirming support and resources necessary to thrive at NC State.

  • Survivor Services | go.ncsu.edu/supportsurvivors
    • The Women’s Center offers support services for survivors of interpersonal violence (domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, etc.) by appointment open to all students of any gender identity. Services include accompaniment to court, student conduct hearings, law enforcement agencies, and medical services; crisis intervention and emotional support, academic and housing accommodations; resource navigation and referrals; financial support; reporting options; and safety planning.

    • Support for ALL survivors of sexual and relationship violence including stalking.
  • African American Cultural Center | aacc.dasa.ncsu.edu/
    • The African American Cultural Center is a student success unit under DASA that is open to and serves students of all identities. They provide activities and programs focused on enhancing academic excellence for the campus and surrounding communities. The work of the AACC is grounded in the diasporic traditions of storytelling, innovation, and communal care.

  • LGBTQ Pride Center | pridecenter.dasa.ncsu.edu/
    • The LGBTQ Pride Center is open to all students, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, and is committed to celebrating and empowering the vibrant communities on campus and to support student success and wellbeing through cultivating joy and fostering belonging.

  • Multicultural Student Affairs | msa.dasa.ncsu.edu/
    • Multicultural Student Affairs (MSA) is open to all students from all backgrounds and identities and aims to increase student success and belonging through culturally relevant activities. MSA is an affirming and empowering space connecting students to community and resources enabling them to thrive throughout their educational journey.

  • Disability Resource Office | dro.dasa.ncsu.edu
    • The Disability Resource Office (DRO) works to remove unnecessary institutional barriers to ensure an equal opportunity to participate in the NCSU experience for students with disabilities. The DRO is able to help students receive the accommodations that they need in order to thrive on campus.
