Spring 2025 Appropriations Budget Tool
All Appropriations Applications must include a complete, accurate, balanced, and detailed budget completed using the Spring 2025 Budget Tool. When creating your budget, you should include the expected and actual revenue and expenses.
SB25-FB25 Online Appropriations Application
Your Appropriations Application is very important and will be reviewed by the Appropriations Council prior to your interview. Please ensure that the information you submit is true and accurate. We can only accept one application per student organization, if your organization is seeking funding for multiple events or activities, please include these on one application.

Submit Receipts & Return Unspent Funds
The deadline to submit receipts and return unspent funds from the Spring Break 2025 – Fall Break 2025 Cycle is Monday, November 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM. All student organizations receiving Appropriations funds are required to submit receipts for expenses that used Appropriations funding. Any leftover or unspent funds must then be returned back to Student Government.
